Complete 2FA (if enabled)

Navigate to Your Section

Account Security at pkrber
pkrber takes account security seriously. All login traffic is protected by SSL/TLS encryption, meaning your credentials are transmitted securely and cannot be intercepted in plain text. The platform uses industry-standard hashing protocols to store passwords – pkrber itself cannot read your password, and neither can anyone else.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all pkrber accounts and strongly recommended. Once enabled, logging in requires both your password and a time-sensitive code from an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator) or an OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. This makes unauthorised access extremely difficult even if someone obtains your password.
pkrber also monitors account activity for unusual login patterns. If a login attempt is detected from an unrecognised device or geographic location, you'll receive a notification to your registered email or mobile number. You can review recent login activity from the Security section of your account settings at any time.

Login Troubleshooting
Forgotten Password
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login panel. Enter your registered email address and pkrber will send a secure password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. The reset link expires after 30 minutes for security.
Account Locked
After five consecutive failed login attempts, pkrber temporarily locks the account for 30 minutes as a security measure. Wait out the lock period and try again, or initiate a password reset to regain access immediately.
Not Receiving OTP
If your 2FA OTP isn't arriving via SMS, check that your registered mobile number is correct and has network coverage. Pakistan network delays on Jazz, Telenor, Zong, and Ufone occasionally affect OTP delivery by 1–2 minutes. Request a new OTP if the first doesn't arrive within 3 minutes.
Browser or App Issues
If the pkrber login page isn't loading or displaying correctly, clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload. Supported browsers include the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Older browser versions may cause display issues on the login panel.
Connection Problems
A weak mobile data signal in parts of Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, or other cities can interrupt the pkrber login session. Switch between mobile data and WiFi if one connection is unstable. The pkrber login panel is lightweight and designed to work on 3G connections.
