1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and pkrber ("pkrber", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pkrber website at pkrber.com and all associated services, products, tools, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules, bonus terms, and supplementary policies published on the Platform, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a pkrber account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkrber strictly prohibits the use of its services by individuals under the age of 18. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order imposed by pkrber or any responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be a politically exposed person or on any applicable sanctions list.
• You must register under your true, full legal name. The registration of false, fictitious, or third-party identity information is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

pkrber reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds at any point during your account relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or termination.

3 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one pkrber account. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. If pkrber identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, and any balances within duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrber login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. pkrber will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify pkrber support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Currency. pkrber accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). As part of pkrber's compliance obligations, you may be required to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") before being permitted to deposit funds, place bets, or withdraw winnings. Required documents may include government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkrber accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Payment method availability may be subject to change; current options are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Specific payment methods may carry higher minimum deposit thresholds as displayed in the Cashier section.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for fully verified accounts, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances. pkrber reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

4.4 Funds Segregation. Player funds held in pkrber accounts are maintained separately from pkrber's operational funds in accordance with applicable financial management standards.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from third-party payment sources may be voided and returned, and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Betting Rules & Settlement

5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on pkrber are subject to acceptance by pkrber at its sole discretion. pkrber reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without providing a reason, including where pkrber suspects irregular betting activity or potential abuse.

5.2 Odds and Markets. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. pkrber publishes cricket betting markets including but not limited to PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODI series, and ICC tournaments.

5.3 Settlement. Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board or the International Cricket Council). In the event of any discrepancy, pkrber's settlement decision is final, subject to the disputes procedure outlined in Clause 5.5.

5.4 Void Bets. pkrber reserves the right to void bets where manifestly incorrect odds were offered due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account in full.

5.5 Disputes. Any disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised with pkrber support within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. pkrber's decision following a dispute investigation is final.

6 Casino & Game Rules

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on pkrber – including slots, live dealer games, and RNG table games – are supplied by certified game providers whose Random Number Generators are independently tested and audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run values; individual session outcomes will vary.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round, pkrber reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. Winnings arising from malfunctions will not be honoured.

6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant as explained by the dealer and displayed on-screen. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Dealer decisions made in accordance with game rules are final.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible pkrber account holders as specified in the individual promotion's terms. pkrber reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions applicable to each promotion are set out in that promotion's supplementary terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. pkrber actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, hedging bets across outcomes to guarantee a wagering contribution, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine play. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonus funds voided, winnings derived therefrom forfeited, and the account suspended.

7.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Where a player has an active bonus balance, a minimum amount of wagering activity may be required before any withdrawal can be processed, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with pkrber:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in an automated fashion.
• Engaging in match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access or exploit any technical vulnerability, bug, or error in the Platform's software.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any circumvention technology to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of accessing restricted services.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using pkrber for the purposes of money laundering.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrber Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of pkrber or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the pkrber Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of pkrber. Any unauthorised use of pkrber's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 pkrber makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of betting funds resulting from technical failures.

10.3 pkrber's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkrber's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its gross negligence.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 pkrber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or commercial reasons.

11.2 You may request the closure of your pkrber account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance (net of any applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to your registered payment method.

11.3 Upon account termination for cause (e.g., fraud, prohibited conduct), pkrber reserves the right to retain any balance within the account as compensation for damages or losses incurred.

12 Responsible Gaming

pkrber is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Controls: Set automatic session break reminders at configurable intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or extended self-exclusion from pkrber services.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, pkrber will make reasonable efforts to ensure you do not receive marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. pkrber staff are trained to identify problem gambling indicators and escalate cases appropriately.

13 Amendments to Terms

pkrber reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the pkrber Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkrber's operating entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkrber's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant territory.

pkrber operates an internal complaints handling procedure. If you have a complaint, you should first contact pkrber support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. pkrber will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If you remain dissatisfied following pkrber's final response, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to an independent dispute resolution body, details of which will be provided in pkrber's final response letter.
